- Services are billed by the hour, not the task.
- There is a one hour minimum when providing assistance in any one day period (cat sitting and dog walking only requires a 1/2 hour minimum). After the first hour, clients will be billed in 15 minute intervals.
- Mileage is free up to 12 miles from our office. Hourly rate begins after 12 miles and ends at completion of service.
- Rates reflect charges for services rendered by Everyday Errands,LLC and do not include charges for outside vendor services or merchandise purchased to complete the request.
- Services are performed from 9am to 6pm, Monday through Friday. Services needed outside of these hours can be arranged by appointment only and will be charged an additional $5 per hour.
- 24 hour notice is appreciated on all service request, but we will make every effort to accommodate rush orders.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance, or a $15 fee will be assessed.
- Payment is due upon completion of assignment. Any purchases or services over $75 must be paid for in advance. All expenses incurred during the errand (purchases, parking fees and other miscellaneous charges) are the responsibility of the client.
- We accept cash or checks. Checks should be made payable to Everyday Errands. A $35 fee will be charged for all returned checks.
- Due to insurance reasons, we are unable to transport any persons. No exceptions can be made. We apologize for the inconvenience.
- Transportation of pet services requires a suitable pet carrier to be provided by the client.
- We will only perform legal and ethical services. Service requests that put others in danger, are illegal or questionable will be denied.
- All client information is confidential and will not be shared with any 3rd party unless requested.
